Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KeepMyMark, we strive to provide high-quality, proactive brand protection and monitoring services. Because our work often begins immediately after a purchase or request, we have specific rules regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations

Clients may request cancellation of a service by emailing support@keepmymark.com.

Cancellations are only valid once confirmed in writing by KeepMyMark.

If work has not yet begun, we may allow cancellation and issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.
2. Refunds

Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of intellectual property, monitoring, and takedown services, all completed or in-progress services are non-refundable.

Prepaid Subscriptions: If you purchased a subscription plan, you may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused time in a billing cycle.

Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered in limited situations such as accidental duplicate payments, system errors, or billing mistakes.
3. Service Outcomes

KeepMyMark makes no guarantees about the success of monitoring, takedown, or protection services.

Because results depend on third-party platforms, government offices, and other factors beyond our control, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting KeepMyMark to resolve the issue.

Any disputes will be handled under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, and not through court litigation.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
